LOCATION: Swindon

SALARY: £23,000 + Bonus

JOB TYPE: Permanent Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (Hybrid role)

 

Role Purpose

As a Technical Sales Advisor/Administrator you will need have a keen eye for detail, and an inquisitive and problem-solving mindset. You will be providing customers with quotations using our in-house drawing programs and giving customer and technical support. All training will be provided however any CAD experience is a positive. Handle customer inquiries over the phone and email

  • Providing quotations using our in-house tools
  • Customer service and delivery queries
  • Updating and maintaining company databases
  • General administration tasks

 

Experience Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form a rapport with customers.
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, using multiple systems alongside dealing with customers.
  • Ability to produce solutions to problems.
  • Must have a ‘can-do’ approach.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • A background in a customer service or sales role is desirable.
