Role Purpose
We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a Scanner. The role involves managing document scanning processes to ensure accurate digital records and supporting the company’s data management initiatives. The Scanner will play a critical role in maintaining organised, accessible, and secure digital files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize physical documents and records.
- Ensure scanned documents meet quality standards by reviewing for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Organise and label scanned files appropriately for easy retrieval.
- Perform routine maintenance on scanning equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information in compliance with organisational policies.
- Track and manage the progress of scanned files, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve document handling and archiving processes.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in document scanning, archiving, or data entry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and must be super organised.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
