LOCATION: Cirencester
SALARY: £35,000 per annum plus 10% VAR pay £38,500
JOB TYPE: Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Role Purpose
The Digital & Communication Marketing Executive is responsible for brand & offer awareness and for generating high quality customer leads within the company’s country by:
- Designing & executing the country Communication Strategy & Planning, aligned with Performance plan
- Managing and deploying country multi-media and multi-channel Campaigns (digital, press, events)
- Localising and managing contents for country campaigns
- Managing the effectiveness of the country website
- Supporting sales managers, sales teams and if relevant, partners, in marketing activities.
Design & execute the country Communication Strategy & Planning
- Communication plan proposal for Brand & Offer awareness and for generating high quality customer leads, in support of Performance plan, with measurable goals.
- Monitor Progress & achievement
- Propose and manage the country communication budget
Manage and deploy country multi-media and multi-channel Campaigns (digital, press, events)
- Activate the relevant marketing action & media to reach targeted audiences (customers, prospects, stakeholders, etc) and convert into Sales enquiry and/or strong brand equity based on Digital & Communication programs.
- Define and implement media campaigns: Digital, Emailing, social media, press
- Manage Newsletter if relevant
- Organise events: exhibition, external product launch, webinars, customer events, corporate events & manage or support tools creation (doc, panels, invitation).
- Maximise the Digital Customer engagement, interaction, nurturing, conversion, and retention throughout the lifecycle of customer journey.
Localize and manage contents for country campaigns
- Adapt & manage sales tools and communication contents that catch the audience’s attention and integrate effective call to actions to ensure the campaign’s return on investment.
- Manage printed & digital sales tools dedicated to distributors
- Manage local communication agency if needed
Manage the effectiveness of the country website
- Contribute to the management of the country website to maximize visitors experience and value proposal throughout customer’s journey.
- Manage local contents, publish local news and events.
- Be accountable of the country website performance; maximize the traffic and continuously improve the website performance
Experience Required
- Must have a strong marketing, communications and digital marketing background
- Master’s degree in marketing and communication and 3 years of experience in a B2B industry, ideally with technical products.
- The knowledge of the customer profiles in the electrical market is a plus.
